It's finally here!

I can't believe it is finally here. I am moving to New York in a matter of hours. It doesn't really feel like it's happening. I am so excited! I leave at 7:20 and should be arriving around 1:45. I am planning on taking my stuff to my new home and then heading up to the Bronx. I will stay for chapel and then hopefully get back just in time to watch the Spurs play!

I opened a Jones soda I got as a wedding favor and they have little fortunes on the inside of a cap. I opened it and saw that it had something written and here's what it said: "Tuesday is an especially important day for you." How crazy is that? I usually just open fortune cookies for fun and get a laugh about what it tells me. This one was definitely the creepiest I have ever gotten.

I am expecting the first couple weeks to be crazy. I will have family and friends around and I will be trying to get settled in with all my stuff. Who knows where it will all go. Part of me wants to get my own place ASAP, but I also want to take advantage of living with the Osbornes. Pray for smooth transition.

We have orientation on Saturday with all the summer missionaries. I am actually leading part of it, which is a little weird. I am really excited about it though. I am also responsible for ice breakers and I have some good ones.

That is really all the updates I have for now. Pray for safe travel for me and others who are coming in a matter of days. Pray that I find an apartment for later on this summer.
